Screen Printing
The most common production method in the industry. This process requires the artwork’s colors to be separated so that different stencils (a.k.a. screens) can be created. The screens are attached to state of the art equipment which is then used to imprint the garment through a mesh opening, layer by layer, with different colors of ink until the design is complete.
